Deposit information
A deposit of 35% of the agreed service price is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
No show policy
If you miss your appointment without notice, your deposit will be forfeited. To book another appointment, you must contact us directly via text, phone, or instant message (instagram or facebook). You're welcome to reschedule after a no-show, but a new deposit of 35% of the agreed-upon service price will be required. Please note that only one deposit will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. However, please note that your deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Rescheduling policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not provide 24-hour notice, another 35% deposit may be required. Please be aware that the original deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation.
Late fee
A late fee of $10 will be added to the cost of your service if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. If you're more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you’ll need to reschedule. Please note, the deposit will not be refunded.
Specials/promotions deposit information
For appointments booked during special promotions or offers, the deposit requirements may vary. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of the promotion, as some specials may require a different deposit amount or have additional guidelines. In general, deposits for special promotions are still non-refundable and must be made at the time of booking.
